ANALISIS AWAL 21 PASAL TRUMP

Analisis : Deradikalisasi merupakan agenda AS sejak lama untuk menyerang Islam dan siapapun yang tidak sejalan dengan AS, dan deradikalisasi Gaza supaya tidak menjadi ancaman bagi tetangganya; siapa tetangga yang dimaksud ? Tentunya Israel - Gaza will be redeveloped for the benefit of its people.
Analisis : Redevelopment (pembangunan kembali) oleh siapa ? Tentunya oleh AS, untuk kepentingan AS ke depannya - If Israel and Hamas agree to the proposal, the war will immediately end, with the IDF halting all operations and gradually withdrawing from the Strip.
Analisis : Pada awalnya, AS memberikan sejumlah hadiah untuk memperlihatkan seoalh-olah AS berniat baik - Within 48 hours of Israel publicly accepting the deal, all living and deceased hostages will be returned.
Analisis : masih hadiah dari AS - Once the hostages are returned, Israel will free several hundred Palestinian security prisoners serving life sentences and over 1,000 Gazans arrested since the start of the war, along with the bodies of several hundred Palestinians.

Analisis : Tidak terkait dengan Israel maupun Hamas – tetapi terkait dengan AS ? Permainan AS mulai terlihat pada point ini. Menurut sebagian analisis, yang akan terlibat adalah Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, yang notabene organisasi milik AS.
The text of this clause appears intentionally vague and seemingly leaves an opening for the continued operation of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, as it technically is an American organization, even if it was the brainchild of Israelis linked to the government and was crafted to fit the Israeli government’s prosecution of the war. - Gaza will be administered by a temporary, transitional government of Palestinian technocrats who will be responsible for providing day-to-day services for the people of the Strip. The committee will be supervised by a new international body established by the US in consultation with Arab and European partners. It will establish a framework for funding the redevelopment of Gaza until the Palestinian Authority has completed its reform program.
Analisis : Setelah sekian lama, pemerintah Palestina disebut kembali. Sepanjang perang Hamas – Israel, tidak sekalipun pemerintah Palestina terlihat, bahkan sekedar mengurusi kepentingan warganya pun tidak. Pada point ini terlihat jelas bahwa pemerintah Palestina memang boneka bentukan AS. Ditambah lagi pemerintah Palestina akan diawasi oleh badan bentukan AS – negara-negara Arab – negara-negara Eropa, semakin memperlihatkan peran pemerintah Palestina sebagai boneka AS. Peran pemerintah Palestina juga tidak jelas; seperti apa ‘reform’ yang dimaksud ? Tidak lupa pendanaan pembangunan Gaza yang diatur oleh kolaborasi AS dan sekutu-sekutunya ini.
Ada analisis yang menyebutkan bahwa point ini diambil dari rencana politik Tony Blair yang telah berada di Gaza sejak lama bersama penasihat senior Gedung Putih Jared Kushner. Jika benar, maka Inggris – sebagaimana biasanya – bermuka dua, sepintas tampak seperti memusuhi AS, tetapi sebenarnya berjalan bersama AS menjalankan agenda Barat. - An economic plan will be created to rebuild Gaza through the convening of experts with experience in constructing modern Middle East cities and through the consideration of existing plans aimed at attracting investments and creating jobs.
Analisis : Rencana ekonomi versi AS ini tentunya akan menjerat Palestina dalam hutang luar negeri yang sangat besar seperti halnya terjadi pada negara lain - An economic zone will be established, with reduced tariffs and access rates to be negotiated by participating countries.
Analisis : Kata ‘tariff’ memperlihatkan jelas ‘bau’ Trump dalam kebijakan AS ini. Belum lagi ‘negotiated’; negosiasi seperti apa dan menghasilkan apa ? ‘By participating countries’ memperlihatkan cengkeraman negara-negara (AS, Arab, Eropa) terhadap Gaza - No one will be forced to leave Gaza, but those who choose to leave will be allowed to return. Moreover, Gazans will be encouraged to remain in the Strip and offered an opportunity to build a better future there.
Analisis : point ini dapat berfungsi sebagai gerbang bagi AS untuk memasukkan orang-orang yang kelak akan dituduh sebagai ‘teroris’ - Hamas will have no role in Gaza’s governance whatsoever. There will be a commitment to destroy and stop building any offensive military infrastructure, including tunnels. Gaza’s new leaders will commit to peaceful coexistence with their neighbors.
Analisis : Sudah bisa diduga. Cukup menarik melihat bahwa AS tidak meminta persetujuan kepada otoritas Palestina untuk membuat keputusan bagi Gaza, cukup memastikan Hamas menyetuji proposal damai ini, sebagaimana terlihat pada point 9 dan 17. - A security guarantee will be provided by regional partners to ensure that Hamas and other Gaza factions comply with their obligations and that Gaza ceases to pose a threat to Israel or its own people.
Analisis : Point yang memberikan kemenangan kepada Israel. Kapitalisme dan hegemoni AS tampak jelas dalam pasal ini. - The US will work with Arab and other international partners to develop a temporary international stabilization force that will immediately deploy in Gaza to oversee security in the Strip. The force will develop and train a Palestinian police force, which will serve as a long-term internal security body.
Analisis : International stabilization force yang dimaksud akan berfungsi sebagai polisi di Gaza, untuk memastikan Gaza berjalan sesuai kehendak AS - Israel will not occupy or annex Gaza, and the IDF will gradually hand over territory it currently occupies, as the replacement security forces establish control and stability in the Strip.
Analisis : Israel tidak perlu menguasai Gaza, tetapi AS memberikan bantuan supaya Israel tetap berdiri, dan dapat mengulangi agresinya di kemudian hari. - If Hamas delays or rejects this proposal, the above points will proceed in terror-free areas, which the IDF will gradually hand over to the international stabilization force.
Analisis : Pasal yang membuktikan analisis point 15, sekaligus memperlihatkan bahwa AS menggunakan strategi lama ‘stick and carrot’. Point ini juga memperlihatkan bahwa AS mempertimbangkan segala sesuatu, termasuk bagaimana seandainya Hamas menolak proposal damai ini. Seandainya pun Hamas menolak, proposal damai ini akan tetap berlanjut berlaku menggunakan skenario lain yang telah ditetapkan AS. - Israel agrees not to carry out future strikes in Qatar. The US and the international community acknowledge Doha’s important mediating role in the Gaza conflict.
Analisis : Strategi sebelumnya tidak berlaku lagi - A process will be established to de-radicalize the population. This will include an interfaith dialogue aimed at changing mindsets and narratives in Israel and Gaza.
Analisis : Agenda sekularisasi Gaza berjalan. Jelas sekali AS menjalankan agendanya sendiri, tidak mengarah pada arah yang diinginkan Israel. Hal ini dapat memancing agresi Israel berikutnya, yang akan diselesaikan AS dengan cara yang sama. - When Gaza’s redevelopment has been advanced and the PA reform program has been implemented, the conditions may be in place for a credible pathway to Palestinian statehood, which is recognized as the aspiration of the Palestinian people.
Analisis : Masih belum jelas seperti apa pembangunan kembali Gaza, tetapi kemungkinan besar akan seperti keinginan AS
The clause doesn’t provide details regarding the Palestinian reform program and is not definitive regarding when the pathway to statehood can be established. - The US will establish a dialogue between Israel and the Palestinians to agree on a political horizon for peaceful coexistence.
Analisis : Perdamaian rekayasa AS, dengan memberikan kemenangan kepada Israel dengan membiarkan Israel tetap berdiri.
Kesimpulan : AS berupaya keras untuk mendamaikan Israel dan Hamas menggunakan 21 Pasal sebagai upaya untuk menguasai daerah Timur Tengah, memastikan Make America Great Again tetap berjalan dengan mendamaikan Israel dan Hamas, dan tetap menjaga hubungan baik dengan Israel, sekutu lamanya. Pada akhirnya AS akan berdiri sebagai negara yang memegang posisi puncak dunia dan menguasai tatanan politik dunia, mempertahankan hegemoni AS.
